Guideline for Paper Submission
For the publication by Springer-Verlag in their STAR series, please use one of the following templates:
Your paper must not exceed 14 pages, and the text must fit in a 11.7 x 18.8 cm area. For more information about your manuscript preparation, please visit the Chapters section in Springer’s Author Guidelines.

Camera-Ready Submission (Deadline July 15th, 2019, UTC -07:00)
The camera-ready, final version of your paper should be submitted through the EasyChair system (see link below) by the deadline. You may update the paper infomation, abstract, and PDF (and video attachment, if any), as well as specify the presenter.
Please follow the comments provided by the reviewers for preparing the final version of your paper.
You will need to register before you can submit the final version of your paper.

The registration fees are listed as follows:
- Regular: 75,000 JPY
- Student: 40,000 JPY
- Accompanying: 25,000 JPY
- Regular: 90,000 JPY
- Student: 60,000 JPY
- Accompanying: 30,000 JPY
The Early and Standard registrations include conference participation and the conference proceedings distributed on a USB drive, in addition to all coffee breaks, meals, and events: Light Dinner (August 29), Lunch (August 29 and 30), Technical Tour (August 30), Banquet and Traditional Japanese Boat Cruise (August 30), and Farewell Party (August 31).
The Accompanying fee includes the Light Dinner (August 29), Lunches (August 29 and 30), Banquet Dinner and Traditional Japanese Boat Cruise (August 30), and the Farewell Party (August 31).
